Processing time
Orders are usually packed and handed to the courier within 1–3 business days, and most arrive 10–21 days after you order (Monday to Saturday, excluding Indian public holidays). You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel ships.

Customs, duties and import rules
- Your parcel is sent as a personal import. Any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the recipient, unless your order page says otherwise.
- Each country sets its own rules for importing herbal and traditional medicines for personal use, including quantity limits. Please check your local rules before ordering large quantities.
- If customs holds or returns a parcel, we will work with you and the courier to resolve it.
