This range covers everyday seasonal support: chyawanprash, herbal syrups, tablets and balms.

Chyawanprash

A traditional jam-like herbal preparation based on amla (Indian gooseberry), usually taken daily, especially in the cooler months. It contains sugar or jaggery, so check the label if you watch your sugar intake.

Syrups and tablets

Herbal syrups are popular for families, while tablets are easier to carry. Children’s versions have their own age guidance on the label.

Balms

Herbal balms are applied to the chest, forehead or nose area for a soothing, warming feel. They are for external use only.

What to check

  • Sugar content in syrups and chyawanprash.
  • Age guidance for children.
  • Liquid products ship in bottles, so allow for weight in larger orders.

General information only, not medical advice. Check with your doctor before use, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medicines or buying for a child.
