Because many stores sell the same Indian brands, where a product comes from matters. Here is how we make sure what you receive is genuine and in good condition.
1. Authorised sources only
We buy directly from manufacturers or from distributors they have authorised. We keep the purchase invoices and batch details for every product we sell.
2. Original sealed packaging
We never repack, decant or relabel products. What arrives at your door is exactly what left the manufacturer, with its seal, batch number and expiry date intact.
3. Fresh stock and clear expiry dates
We check expiry dates when stock arrives and before each order ships. We aim to send products with plenty of shelf life remaining; if a product is close to its date, we tell you before shipping.
4. Products we choose not to sell
We do not sell prescription medicines. We also avoid metal- and mineral-based preparations (such as bhasmas) that regulators in some countries have raised safety concerns about, and products whose names or labels make disease-cure claims.
5. Careful packing
Glass bottles are bubble-wrapped and every parcel is packed to survive a long journey. If anything arrives damaged, see our Returns & Refunds page.
